Can I use the device anywhere on my body?

*For comfort and an abundance of caution, we generally recommend against using the device directly on open wounds or implants. The infrared frequencies resonate with water, not metal or plastic. Any soft tissue that rubs up against these foreign objects that are not affected by the infrared light beam *may* experience some irritation.

How do I use the wand to condition my water?

Simply aim the light directly at your water in a glass or through the glass for at least 30-60 seconds for every 8oz’s of water. You can tell when the water is “done” because of how “sloshy” it gets, which you can confirm by tasting it and feeling how much ‘smoother’ or softer it feels than it did before.

Do I really use it to condition my water?
